Camera Strap Testing
Custom testing jigs were created to measure the endurance of the camera clip.
This video demonstrates the 10,000 cycles of rotational testing. During this testing a sustained load to simulate an attached camera is included.
Additionally, a custom pneumatic-powered jig was created to cyclically test the pull force to a controlled level until product failure.
The test results were very beneficial to the customer that clearly defined the limitations of the product.
